The Long Beach Convention & Entertainment Center is seeking a Premium Supervisor to oversee VIP area activities, manage staff, and ensure compliance with food and beverage service guidelines. Job Summary

  • Supervises and coordinates activities of stand workers in the VIP area, overseeing and participating in stand set-up and closing procedures.
  • Ensures that all employees are adhering to alcohol policies and manages staff to ensure food preparation meets guidelines set by Legends and the board of health.
  • Must be knowledgeable of all positions, willing and able to fill any position in the location if needed, and able to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Key Requirements

  • 2-4 years experience in fast-paced, high-end club, restaurant or catering
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to stand, kneel, lift up to 30 pounds, carry items, push carts, walk at a fast pace, and bend down
  • Meet state and local health requirements for food handlers and alcoholic beverage services
