Must-have
Electrical troubleshooting on prototype hardware
Building and modifying engineering fixtures
Validation and verification testing
Advanced soldering and PCB rework
Operating development lab equipment
Working from schematics and diagrams
Nice-to-have
Experience with electro-mechanical systems
Familiarity with compliance-related testing
Hands-on experience with circuit and system diagnosis
Fixture building for validation testing
Interpreting engineering documentation
Maintaining lab organization and calibration
Key Requirements
Associates degree or technical certification in electronics or related field
Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
Typically 4+ years of relevant hardware development experience
