Job Summary

  • The role is going to be responsible for development of doctors, optometrists, counselors and paramedical staff of eye hospitals through structured scientific educational training programs.
  • Ensures HCPs are well equipped with knowledge of procedure and products and contributes to technology reach & adoption goals in this segment through training initiatives across assigned product ranges.
  • Maintain a positive relationship with customers with the goal of improving category outcomes by assessment, critique and training, and augment the sales efforts in the assigned territory through training activities.
