Expertise in NEC3 Framework Contracts
Knowledge of H&S standards and regulations across multiple sites
Ability to translate client needs into detailed plans
Detailed understanding of RIBA design stages

Competent user of Fieldview or similar tablet-based QA software
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
