Job Summary
Coordinate daily warehouse and paint operations leading a team of associates who receive, identify and manage the staging and distribution of a wide variety of raw material, manufactured and purchased components.
Lead team of personnel who can operate liquid paint and powder coat paint operations and implement a TPM program for paint booths.
Support a culture of continuous improvement through Lean journey by assisting with development and coaching of associates and team leaders on Lean principles.
