  • Implement and drive company recruitment strategies aimed at meeting business KPIs, such as the number of new recruits (NR), AIAPA NR, leader activity, NR active ratio, finance package validation ratio, and retention rates.
  • Strategically boost agency momentum to align with the company's growth ambitions, particularly in the area of agency recruitment.
