Job Summary

• The EVP, Chief Growth Officer is responsible for orchestrating the entire New Business lifecycle, from vetting new opportunities to closing deals and developing strategies for agency and network financial needs.
• This role involves leading the development of winning RFI/RFPs, managing client relationships throughout the pitch process, and coordinating talent from the agency and network.
