This role is within the Complex Claims Unit responsible for handling higher complexity, higher exposure, bodily injury, and construction related claims from inception to final disposition.
The specialist will manage a caseload of litigated and non-litigated construction bodily injury claims under commercial general liability policies while proactively managing litigation and counsel.
Candidates must have strong analytical ability to assess extra contractual exposures and influence others to exceed expectations in achieving high quality outcomes.
