Job Summary
The AI and Technology Legal team provides high value strategic advice to internal clients to support and enhance the Group’s competitive advantage in technology, business success and market value.
You will advise key clients on vendor engagement, complex IT arrangements, and the impact of data protection and privacy laws within the Group.
The role includes contributing to improvements in work practices, managing external counsel, and supporting M&A transactions, partnerships, and joint ventures.

Key Requirements
4-7 years post qualification legal experience
