Job Summary

  • Design, implement, and facilitate technical and regulatory training programs to ensure workforce competency, operational safety, and adherence to aerospace quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain training programs for inspection methods, train personnel in blueprint/GD&T interpretation, and manage qualifications and certification records.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to execute training plans, monitor activities for training needs, and support root cause investigations through skill gap analysis.
