Job Summary
Design, implement, and facilitate technical and regulatory training programs to ensure workforce competency, operational safety, and adherence to aerospace quality standards.
Develop and maintain training programs for inspection methods, train personnel in blueprint/GD&T interpretation, and manage qualifications and certification records.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to execute training plans, monitor activities for training needs, and support root cause investigations through skill gap analysis.
