Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Geology, Engineering Geology, or Geological Engineering
• Master’s degree in Engineering Geology or Geotechnical Engineering (preferred)
• Minimum 5–10 years experience in hydropower, dams, tunneling, mining, or large infrastructure projects
• Proficiency in classifying rock mass (RMR, Q, GSI)
• Familiarity with tunnel excavation methods (NATM/SEM)
• Understanding of foundation treatment techniques
