Job Summary

  • Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine’s Patient Engagement and Customer Solutions (PECS) team is recruiting for a Field Reimbursement Manager, Oncology for the Texas/Oklahoma territory which will be a field-based position.
  • The Field Reimbursement Manager is responsible for education, assistance, and issue resolution with healthcare providers regarding patient access to J&J Oncology therapies, investing at least 50% of time on-site.
  • This role requires building strong trust-based relationships, collaborating with internal teams, and maintaining knowledge of reimbursement processes and market dynamics to support patient treatment adherence.

  • Preferred advanced degree (MBA or MPH)
