Job Summary

  • Perform a variety of skilled manual labor duties associated with the maintenance of County buildings and equipment, furniture installs, grounds, snow removal, and assistance with HVAC/R and custodial.
  • Diagnose malfunctions/problems with and makes repairs to facilities and equipment including all mechanical systems, electrical and plumbing, building interiors and exteriors.
  • Incumbents must be available for winter storm and other emergency events and available to work on-call on a rotational basis including evenings, holidays and weekends.
