Job Summary

  • Support and facilitate cross-functional Lean and Continuous Improvement Initiatives to deliver operational and financial improvements.
  • Coach project teams in Lean methods, partners with business and functional leaders to implement change, and help establish and deploy standard work practices.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education, training and/or relevant experience
  • 6 years of relevant work experience

  • Continous Improvement experience
  • Project management experience
  • Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Lean Leader, or equivalent certification
  • Organizational Change Management certifications
  • Agile experience
  • Dashboard creation experience
