• Support and facilitate cross-functional Lean and Continuous Improvement Initiatives to deliver operational and financial improvements.
• Coach project teams in Lean methods, partners with business and functional leaders to implement change, and help establish and deploy standard work practices.

Salary

Base: $94,300.00 – $122,256.00; Bonus/Equity: Short-term incentive bonus based upon factors such as individual and company performance; Benefits: Comprehensive benefit package including health, dental, vision, 401K with match, PTO, etc.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education, training and/or relevant experience
• 6 years of relevant work experience
• 8 years of relevant work experience (Preferred)
• Continous Improvement experience
• Project management experience
• Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Lean Leader, or equivalent certification
• Organizational Change Management certifications
• Agile experience
• Dashboard creation experience
