  • The Outpatient Service Centers include phlebotomy draw stations located at various locations around the Greater Columbus Area.
  • Job functions include but are not limited to specimen collection, specimen processing, and point of care/specimen testing (where applicable).
  • The patient service technician (PST) performs specimen collection by both venipuncture and capillary puncture, specimen labeling, and specimen processing.
