Capital Partners Mortgage LLC is seeking a Senior Business Development Associate based in Hong Kong to enhance its financial intermediaries sales team. The ideal candidate will have strong sales experience, particularly in building relationships with financial intermediaries, and will contribute to driving business growth in the Hong Kong and Greater China region

Job Summary

  • This role will support the FIT business with a focus on maximizing sales opportunities with clients and prospects especially in building client relationships with investment consultants and relationship managers particularly in the retail segment.
  • Collaboration is a key part of Capital Group’s success and its culture, with strong partnerships with internal support teams and global sales teams.
  • In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital’s annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
