Candidates will provide senior-level technical leadership, drive architecture modernization initiatives, and serve as a key escalation point for complex incidents and strategic projects.
The position requires designing and testing backup, recovery, and disaster recovery strategies that align with business RTO/RPO requirements while maintaining strict regulatory compliance.

Must-have
10 years IT experience
8 years database administration
Microsoft SQL Server expertise
Azure SQL platform management
Alibaba Cloud RDS experience
Disaster recovery strategy design
Nice-to-have
MongoDB or PostgreSQL knowledge
Sybase ASE background
Cloud migration leadership
Strong communication skills
Fluent in Cantonese and English
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in IT or Computer Science
Minimum 10 years relevant IT experience
Minimum 8 years hands-on DBA experience
Microsoft Azure Database Administrator Associate certification preferred
Alibaba Cloud Professional certification preferred
