The primary purpose of this job is to attend to and greet visitors, answer the telephone, and perform general administrative and clerical support.
Essential duties include checking visitors in, informing employees of arrivals, maintaining logs, handling mail, scheduling appointments, and maintaining the reception area.
This position has no clinical involvement and requires maintaining the confidentiality of resident care information.
