  • The Global Process Owner for Order-to-Cash is accountable for defining, governing, and making key decisions on order capture, credit management, pricing, delivery, billing, and collections across the enterprise.
  • This role leads the end-to-end implementation of SAP S/4HANA within the OTC workstream and drives adoption of standardized processes globally.
  • The Symphony program will implement an updated ERP system and establish enterprise-wide standard processes to optimize business operations and enhance efficiency.
