Job Summary
Act as the primary executive point of contact and trusted strategic advisor at the LATAM regional level, maintaining relationships with the client's regional and global leadership C-suite.
Manage the regional P&L with full responsibility for revenue and profitability targets, overseeing budget planning, forecasting, variance analysis, and cost optimization.
Lead, mentor, and develop direct-reporting Facilities Managers, establishing clear performance objectives and KPIs, conducting performance reviews, and talent and succession planning.
