Job Summary

  • The Student Engagement Officer (Identified) provides and promotes high quality client focused service by providing in-person and online advisory and student engagement programs across Library sites with a focus on Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander experiences.
  • Your key responsibilities will be to lead on the delivery of high quality client-focused frontline information services and work with the Manager to develop and deliver high-quality client-focused student engagement services.
