Must-have
ISO 26262 Parts 4, 5, 8, and 9 experience
DFMEA for electrical and embedded components
Fault Tree Analysis (FTA) and reliability assessment
Hardware safety requirements allocation
SOTIF and UL4600 standards knowledge
Nice-to-have
Collaborative approach with internal stakeholders
Supplier management activities support
Hardware configuration management knowledge
Experience with autonomous vehicle V&V
Ability to structure project tasks effectively
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in hardware, electrical, or related engineering
Professional experience in high tech environment
