  • This role manages all aspects of a branch, accountable for financial performance, new business development, customer experience, coaching, and policy compliance.
  • The Branch Manager is responsible to develop new business with a focus on small business loans and further expand existing business relationships while attracting new money.
  • The Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating operations of a branch, including training and managing teams to adhere to operational procedures, recruitment, and expense management.
