Job Summary

  • Your functional domain will be centered around Recruiting, with Workday as your single source of truth, and your responsibility extends beyond Workday Recruiting to advocate touchpoints across Workday and drive usage of additional technologies.
  • You will support the development and implementation of a multi-year recruiting strategy enabled by Technology, define and drive the Recruiting Technology roadmap, and partner with stakeholders within the organization implementing the Recruiting technology roadmap.
