  • Employees must participate in quality assurance programs, facility surveys, and maintain accurate charting for all resident treatments and incidents.

Key Requirements

  • Current active LPN/LVN license
  • Graduate of approved LPN/LVN program or accredited college
  • Current CPR certification required
  • Must remain in good standing with State Board of Nursing
  • Continuing education maintenance required
