The primary purpose of this position is to provide direct nursing care to residents while supervising the daily activities of nursing assistants.
The role requires ensuring all nursing personnel comply with written policies, federal regulations, and the facility's Nursing Service Procedures Manual.
Employees must participate in quality assurance programs, facility surveys, and maintain accurate charting for all resident treatments and incidents.

Key Requirements
Current active LPN/LVN license
Graduate of approved LPN/LVN program or accredited college
