Job Summary

  • Act as a true subject matter expert for the Nordics, with a focus on Denmark, attending sales calls and leading client implementation projects.
  • Lead the payroll process from inception through parallel runs and the first month of live payroll, ensuring documentation and handover to Payroll Operations.
  • Support the wider implementation and operations teams, focusing on KPIs and SLAs, and mentoring Payroll Generalists.
