Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • 7 years experience in Cybersecurity or IT Service Management
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or related field
  • Deep knowledge of ITIL Change Enablement and ISO 27001
  • Experience facilitating Change Advisory Board meetings
  • Proficiency with enterprise GRC and workflow tools

Nice-to-have

  • CISSP or CISM cybersecurity certification
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or Prosci certification
  • Experience with IAM, SIEM/SOAR, and vulnerability management
  • Proven ability to assess risk across global teams
  • Strong stakeholder communication skills

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required prior to start
  • Seven years of relevant experience
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
  • ITIL 4 Managing Professional or Change Enablement certification preferred
  • On-site work at 3M Center in Maplewood, MN for at least four days a week
