The position involves managing external audits across UK and European entities, preparing technical accounting memos, and implementing process improvements.

Key Requirements
ACA / CIMA / ACCA qualified accountant
Experience leading year end audit processes
Strong technical accounting experience
Working knowledge of GAAPs within the Real Estate sector
Proficiency in Excel
Good understanding of VAT and Company Structures
Good understanding of UK and EU payroll accounting
