Job Summary
You will be responsible for delivering superior technical services requirements and overseeing the technical operations of all building systems, ensuring they run efficiently, safely and cost-effectively.
The responsibilities include managing engineering services under maintenance contracts, ensuring no unplanned outages, and overseeing major works including new project defect rectification.
You will lead in-city technical training delivery, develop and implement innovation programs to reduce utility costs, and support sustainability & EHS initiatives.

Key Requirements
Minimum of 5 years relevant engineering management experience
Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering discipline preferred
Certification in Sustainability (e.g., LEED, WELL) is an added advantage
Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP) is an added advantage
Experience in digital buildings including IoT based system knowledge is an added advantage
Good Korean and English speaking and listening skills
