Job Summary
Coordinate, develop and manage all aspects of live animals within our store network ensuring that best practice standards are met at all times.
Maintain strong relationships with our adoption and rescue partners, supporting stores with adoption processes and ensuring all partners meet required welfare expectations.
Organise on-going product and animal care training for the team which can be in the form of face-to face 1:1 training or group training, e-learning, webinars and other forms that are appropriate to deliver required content.
