• Responsibilities include preparing customs entries, following up on clearance processes, communicating documentation discrepancies, coordinating freight delivery, and resolving finance and accounting reconciliation issues.
• The role requires establishing and maintaining client relationships and may involve a weekend and holiday work schedule on a department rotation basis.
