Job Summary

• You will be part of ACE India, in the P-Core design team driving Intel's latest CPUs in the latest process technology.
• As a DFT engineer, you will have direct responsibilities including Spyglass DFT, RTL implementation, Verification, Scan, and ATPG.
• This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.

Key Requirements

• Master's degree in Electronics or Computer Engineering with 7+ years experience
• Bachelor's degree with 9+ years experience in DFT
• Strong knowledge of ATPG and fault models
• Experience with Mentor/Siemens Tessent Shell
• Post Silicon/ATE Bring-Up Support experience
• RTL (Verilog, System Verilog, VHDL) experience
