Skills & Requirements
Must-have
3+ years legal advice on data protection matters
Proficiency with CCPA GDPR and global privacy laws
Drafting privacy notices and incident response plans
Negotiating vendor agreements and data processing contracts
Responding to regulatory inquiries and data breach investigations
Nice-to-have
Sector-specific experience in financial services or healthcare
Familiarity with AI governance programs and EU AI Act
IAPP CIPP certification preferred
Comfort with ambiguity and superior client service
Experience with cross-border data transfer agreements
