Job Summary
The Quality Supervisor assists in leading the Quality department by planning, developing and coordinating the quality programs and processes to ensure continuous production of products are consistent with established quality and customer standards.
Ensures all customer concerns are reacted to immediately, resolved and the manufacturing facility is aware of all concerns.
