Job Summary
This role combines service strategy, sales growth, operational excellence, and team leadership with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and safety.
You will be responsible for driving and implementing the regional Service strategy while overseeing day-to-day service operations across installation, maintenance, and repairs.
The position requires leading and developing the Service team to foster a high-performance culture while ensuring strict adherence to safety rules and environmental responsibilities.
