  • This position is responsible for leading the entire ProCare service back-office operation, ensuring excellence in repair operations, customer service coordination, logistics, and the Order-to-Cash process.
  • The role supervises cross-functional teams and external suppliers to ensure a comprehensive, seamless service experience aligned with operational and quality standards.
  • Lead operational reports and track key performance indicators (KPIs), including TAT, backlog, service revenue, field visits, parts times, and NPS, ensuring smooth communication with commercial teams and promoting a customer-centric culture.
