  • Understand and utilize RSM’s Audit Methodology and manage multiple engagement teams and prepare end-of-engagement evaluations for staff.

Key Requirements

  • BS/BA Degree in Accounting or equivalent
  • CPA or CA Certification
  • 5+ years public accounting experience
  • 4+ years team lead or in-charge experience
  • Experience leading teams and mentoring associates
  • Understanding of GAAP, GAAS and FASB or IFRS
