Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Construct engineering samples and prototypes
Read and understand drawings and specifications
Assemble component parts as per print
Visually and dimensionally inspect parts
Familiarity with microscopes and measuring devices
Work with Hot boxes, Ovens, Split die bonders
Nice-to-have
Value-add feedback to design engineers
Participate in team activities
Technical training in welding
Material science knowledge
Industry specific assembly certifications
Key Requirements
High school graduate or equivalent
3 years catheter-related work experience
3-5 years light assembly experience in a regulated industry
Associate’s degree or above with 0-3 years of experience
Ability to recognize obvious defects in workmanship
Competency in multiple critical assembly processes
