This role is responsible for managing the day-to-day needs of HR to ensure we align and meet the strategic business objectives.
The position serves as a consultant/advisor to management on human resources-related issues, acting as an employee champion and change agent.
Support functional leaders/ managers in the implementation of people priorities and contribute to its successful and effective implementation through insightful data-driven business analysis.
