Skills & Requirements
Must-have
15 years managing complex highway projects
Professional Engineer designation in Canada
Civil Engineering degree required
Expertise in MTO and P3 delivery models
Contract documentation and proposal development
Nice-to-have

Experience with scheduling software tools
Key Requirements
