Job Summary
Provide high-quality deskside and remote support to Galaxy employees for hardware and software issues, including white-glove support to executive users.
Perform laptop and mobile device imaging, configuration, and deployment across macOS, Windows, and iOS, while handling onboarding/offboarding and asset tracking.
Partner with Security, Engineering, and Infrastructure teams to ensure smooth IT operations and collaborate with global support teams to refine shared processes and improve efficiency.
