  • Earned Value Management System (EVMS) expertise
  • Management of cross-functional engineering teams
  • Leading technical demonstration efforts

  • Familiarity with IDIQ and OTA contract types
  • Strong presentation and communication abilities
  • Ability to manage high-mix workload
  • Program Management Level 3 Certification

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree plus 12 years experience or Advanced degree plus 10 years
  • Active and transferable Secret security clearance
  • U.S. citizenship required
  • Experience writing responses to RFPs and RFIs
  • Program Management Level 3 Certification preferred
  • Ability to obtain Top Secret clearance after start
