This position provides advanced network design, research, implementation, and escalation support across the optical, switched, and routed layers of the MAX network.
The role is responsible for high-level architectural planning and the design and deployment of current and next-generation network infrastructures.
Success depends on excellent communication, teamwork, customer service, and the ability to work independently while supporting a diverse community of technical and non-technical stakeholders.
