The Sales Trainee Representative program is an 18-month structured development track designed to build future sales professionals within the Medical Systems Group.
Trainees will receive hands-on field training, mentorship from executive leadership, and exposure to clinical selling skills while assisting with demos and account management.
Upon successful completion, participants are eligible to advance into full-time Associate Representative roles or marketing positions based on business availability.
