Key Requirements

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. required
  • Four-year degree in a human service field preferred
  • one year of experience with the population served preferred
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Social Services, Special Education, or Psychology or related Human Services degree
  • 1 year of experience working with persons with intellectual and developmental disabilities
  • Valid drivers’ license and automotive insurance
  • Ability to read and interpret professional journals
  • Ability to write reports and business correspondence
  • Ability to pass background check and drug screen
  • CPR, first aid, NCI and/or role specific certification, a plus
