Skills & Requirements

Key Requirements

• University degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sociology, Psychology, Statistics, Management or equivalent
• 1-2 years of experience in market research, fieldwork coordination, or project management
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
• Familiarity with data collection tools (e.g., CAPI, CAWI)
• Fluent in Polish
• Good command of English (B2 level+)
