  • Manage road and signaling maintenance teams, promoting organization, operational discipline, technical development, and compliance with safety and productivity standards.
  • Ensure strict compliance with health and safety requirements through behavioral approaches, conducting CCVs, developing and validating OPTs, and monitoring critical activities.
