Job Summary

  • This role partners closely with internal teams across Digital, Retail, Finance, Fraud, Technology, and Customer functions to ensure our existing payment infrastructure is performing at its best and that new payment journeys are designed and delivered to a high standard.
  • Build a data-driven approach to decision making by establishing clear performance metrics across all payment types across Grocery & George Produce regular insights for leadership teams, highlighting opportunities, risks, and improvement progress.

  • 5+ years in payments, digital optimisation, operational analysis
  • Strong understanding of payment methods
  • Highly analytical with experience interpreting data
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills
  • Experience working with product, CX, or technology teams
  • Strong problem-solving capability
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
