This role serves as the senior site authority responsible for establishing a robust safety culture and ensuring full regulatory compliance across all site operations.
The EHS Site Leader partners with enterprise leadership to integrate environmental health and safety requirements into plant management systems and daily operations.
Candidates must demonstrate the ability to lead teams, manage complex regulatory programs, and represent the site with external regulatory agencies and corporate governance bodies.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
8-10 years EHS experience in regulated manufacturing
Lead site EH&S organization and succession planning
Ensure compliance with OSHA EPA DOT regulations
Manage environmental permits and hazardous waste programs
Conduct incident investigations and root cause analysis
Nice-to-have
Experience in medical device or pharmaceutical industries
Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification
ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 lead auditor experience
Strong executive-level communication and influence skills
Proven ability to integrate EHS into business strategy
Key Requirements
Bachelor of Science in Environmental Health Safety or Engineering
Preferred certifications: CSP CIH or equivalent
Minimum 8-10 years progressive EHS experience
Experience leading EHS teams in regulated environments
Proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics
