Job Summary

  • Design, deliver, and maintain effective training programs for hourly and salaried employees across all shifts, using classroom, on-the-floor, and eLearning formats.
  • Partner with plant leadership, and fellow training team members to assess training needs, create action plans, and deliver hands-on instruction.
